Overview

Practice Details
- Practice Name: The name of your practice.
- Locations: The number of locations associated with the practice.
- Practice Greeting Name: The greeting patients hear when they call your practice.

How to Add a Location
1. Navigate to Configuration > General Settings > Location.
2. Click Create Location on the right side of the Location screen.
3. Enter the following:
- Name: The name of the location.
- Time Zone: The time zone of the location.
- Greeting Names: The names used by the AI to standardise and correct the practice name in AI summaries.
4. Click Create to add the location.
| Note: If you are using an integrated Practice Management Software (PMS), location names are pulled from the PMS, and the Create Location button will be disabled. |
How to Enable Call Recording Consent
1. Click Configure next to the location where you want to enable call recording consent.
2. Turn on Enable 2-Party Consent Message for Outbound Calls.
3. From the dropdown, select the audio to play for call recording consent.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
How to Standardise Your Practice Name in AI Summaries
1. In the Greeting Names field, enter the names you want the AI to use for your practice.
2. Click Save.
| Tip: You can separate multiple greeting names by commas. These names will be used by AI to correct and standardise the practice name in the IQ summary. |
