How to Configure Longest Waiting Time 

1. To create a ring group, navigate to Configuration > Ring Group > Create Ring Group. 

2. Specify the following:

• Name: The name of the ring group.
• Location: The location applicable to this ring group.
• Select Dial Options: Enable Longest Waiting Time.
• Timeout: The duration for the call to ring.
• Select devices or extensions to be mapped to this ring group. 
  • Click Add Device/Extension.  

Note: Hotdesking devices can also be added.

3. Click Create. 

• The longest waiting time ring group is created.
